CANCELLATION POLICY

Homesay India

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which a Client may cancel services booked with Homesay India.

By confirming a booking or making any payment, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SERVICE START

1.1 The Client may cancel the booking before the commencement of work by informing the Company via call, WhatsApp, or email.

1.2 In such cases:

The 10% booking advance may be:

Non-refundable, OR

Partially refundable, depending on:

Material procurement

Resource allocation

Time blocked for the project

1.3 If no material has been purchased and no resources have been allocated, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER WORK HAS STARTED

2.1 If the Client cancels after commencement of work:

Charges will be calculated based on:

Work completed

Materials used or purchased

Labor and operational costs

2.2 Any advance or stage payment already made shall be adjusted against the above costs.

2.3 If the amount paid is less than the work completed, the Client shall be liable to pay the balance amount immediately.

3. SAME-DAY OR LAST-MOMENT CANCELLATION

3.1 Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled start date may result in:

Deduction of labor blocking charges

Deduction of logistics or material arrangement costs

4. RESCHEDULING POLICY

4.1 The Client may request rescheduling instead of cancellation.

4.2 Rescheduling is subject to:

Availability of slot

Prior notice of at least 24–48 hours

4.3 Frequent rescheduling may lead to additional charges.

5. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION

5.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Unforeseen circumstances

Safety concerns

Non-cooperation or non-payment by Client

5.2 In such cases, a suitable alternative date or refund (if applicable) will be provided.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6.2 Refunds will be made via the original payment method or any mutually agreed method.

6.3 Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

The following situations may lead to no refund:

Work already completed

Materials already purchased or delivered

Customized or special-order materials

Repeated cancellations or misuse of booking

8. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By booking a service or making payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
