Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

REFUND POLICY

Homesay India

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued to Clients for services booked with Homesay India.

By confirming a booking or making any payment, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. GENERAL POLICY

1.1 All payments made to Homesay India are subject to this Refund Policy.

1.2 Refunds are not guaranteed and shall be processed only as per the conditions mentioned below.

1.3 The Company reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request.

2. REFUND BEFORE SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

2.1 If the Client cancels before the start of service:

The 10% booking advance may be:

Non-refundable, OR

Partially refundable, at the Company’s discretion

2.2 No refund will be applicable if:

Materials have already been purchased

Resources/labor have been allocated

3. REFUND AFTER SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

3.1 Once work has started, no full refund shall be provided.

3.2 Refund, if any, will be calculated after deducting:

Cost of work completed

Cost of materials used or purchased

Labor charges

Operational and logistics expenses

3.3 If the amount paid is less than the value of work completed, the Client shall be liable to pay the balance amount.

4. PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds (partial) may be considered only in the following cases:

Service could not be delivered due to Company’s fault

Major quality issue verified and approved by the Company

Duplicate or excess payment made by the Client

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

No refund shall be applicable in the following situations:

Change of mind after work initiation

Minor dissatisfaction or aesthetic differences (shade, finish, etc.)

Delay caused due to Client-side issues

Completed services

Customized or special-order materials

6. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION

6.1 If the Company cancels the service before commencement:

Full or partial refund may be provided

6.2 If cancellation occurs after partial work completion:

Refund will be adjusted after deducting applicable charges

7. REFUND PROCESS

7.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

7.2 Refunds will be issued via:

Original payment method OR

Any mutually agreed method

7.3 Transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.

8. DISPUTE ON REFUND

8.1 Any dispute regarding refund shall be subject to review by the Company.

8.2 Final decision of Homesay India shall be binding.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By making payment or booking services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy
